Several people have had trouble installing my GTA IV Trainer "Liberty's Legacy" along with FusionFix. So I decided to post a guide on how to install both mods on the Complete Edition. In the video I'm using the latest version of the game as of the date it was uploaded. ***Game Not Launching Fix*** 1) Put .asi into plugins folder (neatness) 2) Delete dsound.dll (delete the asi loader that is recommended to install with LL trainer, fusion fix comes with ultimate asi loader (dinput8.dll) which seems to be more versatile, I guess having multiple asi loaders causes conflict, using LL trainer's asi loader and deleting ultimate asi loader will not work, at least for me) This fix I found was inspired by this comment I found on fusion fix github: "Resolved. I threw the Liberty's Legacy trainer mod folder into the updates folder, and deleted the asi loader that was required for Liberty's Legacy trainer (as one already comes with FusionFix. The file deleted was "dsound.dll"). I kept the Scripthook files in the root and placed "Liberty's Legacy.asi" into the plugins folder. I learned through research that the plugins folder is the folder that ASI loader looks in for .ASI and .DLL files, and I think the trainer files exisitng outside of the folder caused the conflict. Everything works now and the game launches perfectly." The issue I had with following all of this advice was that when LL trainer is inside the update folder LL trainer will not be able load trainer profiles in game, or save profiles or save changes to the trainer. So every time you load the game the trainer will act as if you are using it for the first time and its annoying
My man, you saved me! I spent so many hours trying to figure out why the game kept failing to launch after putting all of the recommended files in. Deleting dsound.dll and moving the asi files into plugins like you said fixed it. Thank you so much!
Thank You. For the Settings: I've found that you can change settings in Liberty's Legacy.ini with notepad OR you can put LL Folder NOT into the update folder BUT into the main directory

I see it load on the Rockstar Launcher after opening it on Steam and then it closes. Nothing happens after. The actual .exe doesn't load. My game version is 1.2.0.59

Well it finally worked but for some reason now my IV runs like garbage lmao, which is funny since i got Fusion Fix only to play the game in proper fps. It worked perfectly before, really weird.

If you're on Windows 11 make sure your GTAIV folder has write access, was running Rockstar Games/Steam in admin and it still wasn't working, turns out Windows 11 sets the game folder to read-only by default
I did that and it allowed me to launch the game but now when I start up the game it goes into the game I then click play gta 4 not eflc then i click start and during the loading screen it crashes. any idea how to fix that?
Is there a way to disable auto startup to tbogt like when opening the game and the rockstar games logo showing after that it takes you to the game menu select

Can you describe the circumstances under which this crash occurs? For example, is your phone popped up along with the trainer being switched on? Does that happen after using your phone with the trainer switched off? The sequence of what you did before and during the crash is important. So if you can remember anything that will help me to reproduce the issue would be helpful. Thanks!
@@const96b30 after the phone goes away. I crash. I answer my phone and after the convo is over and hang up. The phone leaves the screen and my screen freezes and crashes. It also does that when im navigating the phone and as soon as I leave the phone screen, I crash

Kind of. You can go to Miscellaneous/Photo Mode and enable the photo mode camera.
