Love this song from my favorite instrumental group The Ventures...especially Nokie Edwards...so sad to read of his passing a few months ago...along with Bob Bogle & the drummer Mel Taylor...with the only surviving “ original” member Don Wilson who has taken the way of not being able to perform & be on tours anymore...but now The Ventures sounds great
Seems to me that this NOT the original Ventures not the complete band as it was recorded originally.Maybe a recreation but simply listen to the album. Is that even Nokie even playing the lead? I own every album they recorded from the first to the last.There will never be another band like the Ventures...ever THE VENTURES FOREVER..

They no longer sound great, with the weak lead playing of Bob Spalding, he is just sad.
