Asegúrate de que toda tu comida sea lo más natural, o sea, que consumas más frutas, verduras, carne sin freír, agua y no comer mucha chatarra ni refresco, pero si quieres tomar refresco asegúrate que no tenga calorías, y que los snacks que consumas sean lo menos calóricos posibles, esto es algo que a mí me ha servido mucho y pase de 81 kilos a 62 kilos, obviamente acompañado de ejercicio de fuerza, pero eso ya es aparte, recomiendo que si quieren bajar de peso, investiguen sobre el déficit energético y no se dejen llevar por productos o dietas milagrosas, yo perdí mucho tiempo en esas estupideces y la verdad cada que veo algo así me da rabia, igualmente tomen lo que les dije con pinzas, porque yo no soy nutrióloga ni nada, pero prefiero que apliquen eso a que les vean la cara los charlatanes, les recomiendo que vean a aries terrón. The one on 0:15 I suggest you do this for at least 20 times twice a day. 0:17 At least for 20 seconds (Though I really don't know whether this worked out or not since I do many other exercises) 0:18 This worked really well for me. Twice on both hands ( I just did this every time I remembered that I had to do it(;´∀`) 0:19 For at least 20 seconds twice a day as well. 0:30 It didn't decrease my waist size not did it make my legs long and thin but it did help me relax my body. Ok no offense but this might not actually work. Body functioning defers from person to person it might be different on you and me so please don't attack me:D The hand exercise helped a lot though the thin and skinny legs one don't really work on me but you can try▼・ᴥ・▼ Don’t be impatient and wait for the results| (• ◡•)|since it takes a lot of time it took at least 3 weeks for me. But if you are determined to do this then you can succeed since whenever I try to do something I just give up mid way cause I'm too lazyᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ And a lazy person like me succeeded so you can obviously do it I think.
