@@AmbientRenders- Wow, I love this setting! Once I stopped by, I didn't want to leave. It's so realistic, I wanted to go inside, have a cup of hot chocolate ( and maybe some fries ), and visit with those customers. I love VW Bus, the movement of people, the totally realistic heavy rain, neon signage, and even the mailbox. Excellent. 👍💜
It's a rainy night outside Mimi's Diner it is really full of hungry customers and an old fashioned diner like this really brings back old memories when you were a teenager thank you. 🏪🌧️🇺🇲
Hi, and thank you for all the good sleeps you give me, lol. I would love it if you ever made a window rain video for my city. Glasgow. Much respect and love
I’ve always loved the calming effect of sounds like this. It’s amazing how something so simple can really help you unwind after a long day. I’ve recently started creating similar content and found that it brings a different kind of peace. Would love to know what others think about this!
@@subliminalgoddessenergy in the 1980s, in Scotland, I knew a friend of a friend who would sit outside under an umbrella in the rain or go into the woods and record nature sounds with his little cassette recorder and plug in mic, and we thought he was crazy mad and weird. He was way ahead of time! He was a pioneer! He must have been one of the first people ever doing it, and probably made the first cassettes and later cd’s of these type sound recordings for esoteric record labels - I saw things like that for sale in the 90s in ‘mystical trippy hippy’ type shops in London (UK, where I live) I love it now, rain and wind and waterfalls and beach waves lapping on sandy shores are my favourite 🥰 So great for anyone to relax to, good for sleep, hypnotic and trance like. Especially when you’re in bed and all cosied up with a steaming hot chocolate and a good book 🥰
Request: rain on a WW2 fighter plane canopy on an unused or abandoned English WW2 airbase. The sky is covered by dark rain clouds, surrounded by the greenery of the english countryside and the the plane sits abandoned with its instruments off.
i enjoy your videos, i love how much effort and detail go into the renders since most from other people are usually just photos with some editing techniques to make it look like it's real time while yours are full renders (honestly i wouldn't be against a behind the scenes video if you haven't done one of those recently as far as i'm aware when it comes to the ambient renders, since i know you've done the aegons crown timelapse)
Hi thank you 🙏 I have done a few shirts which show ‘some’ of the things I do. I’m still debating whether to start a patreon and show my behind the scenes via that. But not sure if anyone would want to go in for that.
Feel the nostalgia of a rainy night at a classic American diner. 🌧 "Heavy Rain & Thunder Sounds Outside An American Diner" brings you the perfect blend of rain and thunder sounds, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for sleeping, relaxing, or studying. 💤☕
Great details as always ! Please give us some good detailed Halloween ones this year with floating ghosts or moving spiders etc, could do a haunted mansion theme mixed with the sounds of Rain and Thunder or do a beetle juice one with a sand worm moving ?
Thank you, interestingly I made a Beetlejuice scene a few years ago, it was of the twisted fireplace where Beetlejuice tried to marry Lydia 🙂 It never gained much traction, but I guess with the new movie coming out it might be worth trying something else related to it. I LOVED the original when it came out 🙂 But sure I have some ideas for this Halloween , I take soo long making scenes that I worry about time 😵🫣😳 But I’ll do whatever I can to make something really cool
@@AmbientRenders Yeah i used that old video you had with the fire place hole in the house floor with the green foggy door to help sleep that one’s a good one just wish you added beetle juice in it or Bob or a sandworm, I watched the new movie last night ! So many people were there dressed up it was nice to see everyone in the spirit, I think if you redid the video it would get some good traction 🪲
This is a really super scene. Well up to your usual high standards. Such an original scene, and that blowy rain is just incredible. BTW, I changed my channel name from Mat Broomfield. But your work is as amazing as ever.
I’m a big fan of unique ones like this. Would I be able to make a request for one set in Coraline, for this Fall? I love that movie and the atmospheric vibes are so chill.
Thank you 👋 I’ve wanted to see Coraline, but it’s been one of those movies that I’ve always wanted to make quality time to sit and watch, but just never got around to it, and now it’s been so long I forget about it. But the premise and art direction look right up my street 👍 I should probably watch it before making a video 🫣🙏🙂 But I’ll bare it in mind 🙂
My dream video of this type would be for the scene to very occasionally change in ways that make sense, so that if I look (or wake) up randomly here and there, it feels like time has passed. For example, this video as it is, but occasionally like... someone leaves the restaurant and drives away and for awhile a spot or two is empty, or someone arrives and parks in a spot. It'd probably be a lot of work though and this video is great as is, so don't take this as criticism but an idea that I wanted to throw out there.
Thank you 👍 I’m constantly thinking about this lol As you say it’s quite tricky to do and make work smoothly, and the amount of work that goes into to adding let’s say someone coming out of the diner and getting into a car is a lot, especially when most people sleep to these and probably won’t even notice. But when I find a way where I can do this and it’s feasible time wise, I’ll try my best to do it 🙂 I have also done this in a few videos in the past and those never really gained and traction, so the amount of work it took to do them didn’t equate to many views. So when I can find a way that’s not so difficult then I will do 🙂 But I love adding details and will try to do more in the future 👍
@@AmbientRenders Awesome! I wish you luck. And if an example of something you've done like this in the past is your futureistic cyberpunk video where the camera zooms in as a flying car pulls up, waits, then pulls away, that's actually a video that kind of set the bar for me for these kinds of videos, it was a really nice touch. I didn't comment I don't think in the video, but I did appreciate it. I got a bit lucky in finding it though because I just happened to be mousing over the timeline for the hell of it and looking at the thumbnail preview and happened to notice one of the frames was completely different.
@@blackstream2572 ahh awesome!! Thank you 🙏🙂👍 Yeah that camera zoom was controversial 🫣 Some people loved it and some hated it 😅 Had plenty of comments saying that the zoom was really off putting and made them feel uncomfortable. So it’s a balance I’ll need to find going forward 👍🙂 But I am always thinking about it, so you may see it creep into more videos as time goes on.
@@AmbientRenders I do personally like static viewpoints because when I'm using it to sleep, it kinda feels like I'm looking out a window into a different world, so the camera moving takes me out of the immersion a bit because the camera moving implies I should be moving. But I really liked it because it made me realize the possibilities for videos like this. Everything I had seen up until then was like a static image maybe with an animation loop for the rain and some particles and that's it, but that video made me think that I could really feel like I was taken to another world for a time. I dunno if that makes sense, but even if it didn't have the perfect effect, it was also the best video of that type I had seen... probably still is honestly.
There’s a lot going on in this video! People inside the restaurant and minivan are moving around. Love the cinematic lens flare on the street light.
