What's really sad is there are some fans that only love the idea of their idol as well as possibly taking advantage of them for their own status, how ever you'd put it. It puts good women like me in a bad light. Would I ever date a celebrity? Of course I would. But I'll be honest. I'm not dating the celebrity. I'm dating a great guy who loves what he does. For a celebrity it doesn't take much to win my heart. I fall for their heart and not their wallet. The guy I'm crushing on is Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays Dr. Spencer Reid on Criminal Minds. Now if he ever asked me on a date, I would say yes and I think we'd have a grand time. Personally, I would want to know Matthew on a more personal level. I want to know him as a person and not as a celebrity. There are a lot of things I admire about Matthew. One of them is seeing him interact with his fans. Not to mention he's a joker and prankster.
