هل ينفع اسخنها علي البوتجاز

السلام عليكم
لا أخي الكريم، لا أظن أن البوتجاز يمكن أن يصل إلى 850 درجة.
لكن يمكنك إستخدام الفحم، كما في الشواية :)
أوقض الشواية وضع الضهر داخل الفحم المشتعل ثم ﻹستخدم مثلا مجفف شعر أو أي جهاز يرسل الهواء على الفحم، عندما ترى القطعة أصبحت حمراء إغمسها في زيت الموتور أو أي زيت طبخ.
