Absolutely first rate work. Old Leif Segerstam is looking a bit long in the tooth these days (he and I were both young once), but he gives excellent support! This isn't just pretty singing: your commitment and intensity are almost overwhelming. As an interpretation, this easily places you in the front rank of countertenors singing today.
I cannot stand that the conductor is not going with the singer. Mr. Lee is trying to push the tempo forward from the onset from his first notes and doesn't stop. The lack of sensitivity of the conductor with this soloist is appalling.
good voice, but...hahahaha koloratura.
