Thanks for the Mr. Khan interview. Very informative. Hope to be interview also one of this day. I have zero gap experience, working in Dxb for almost half of my life, took the exam ang pass it. Graduated in 2005… too much up and down too. Too much headache in job scouting, rejected due to my experience, hired again, finally in my PD came. Soon i want to write a happy ending.

Agree talaga sa wag muna mag “keep up with the Joneses” (or maki-trending agad). Be financially responsible and live within your means. Kasi mahirap magtrabaho para magbayad lang ng bills. The more you work, the more tax you pay and the less you take home vs the # of hrs you worked. If you work extra, put it into your savings like 401k/403b or Roth IRA. Good advice Nurse Kahn. 😊

ha ha ha "The more you work, the more tax you pay and the less you take home vs the # of hrs you worked. " Yan nga reklamo ng mga kawork ko kagabi. Pinag uusapan nila yung laki ng tax.

Used car din ang binili namin, paid in cash. Para yung pambayad monthly sana naiipon na namin. Basta marunong lang magcheck ng car and history, and mababa ang mileage.
