Conrail Allentown Hump Yard - Fall, 1987

Our first trek up to Allentown Hump Yard. Lots of details showing the switches and car retarders. Sometime October or November, 1987.

I love the sound of hump yards. Plus I like to see the variety of fallen flag rolling stock.

Even though the rails singing could get on my nerves, I do miss watching those cars roll down the hump.
