Hi I’ve been using soolantra for 6 weeks I feel there’s no improvement / used azelaic acid for almost 1 year with a slight improvement but the red spots always come back do you think I should try this tret cream also?
@@GeorgeMcDougall-gz4tp I tried Azelaic acid for manyyyy years. Sometimes it would help other days it wouldn't. I started retinols for about a year before tretinoin though to get my face retinized. It never stopped my acne rosacea around my menstrual cycle. I definitely think tretinoin was a miracle prescription for me. If you want to retinize your face with tretinoin and skip the over the counter retinols. Sure. Sandwich method (moisturizer, WAIT 20 minutes apply retinol/tretinoin, wait 10 minutes moisturize. You will probably have to start much slower though if you skip using adapolene/over the counter retinol first. Only apply tretinoin 1x first week. 2x the second week. And so on. Listen to your face. It takes your face about 30-40hours to show any side effects. So never do it faster than every other day at first.
