      Could you help a homeschool mom out? My son is 9, and we are doing basic physics. We were doing simple volume and density expirements, but got stuck on multiplying a fraction that had a prime number. A cube was 1 3/16, so we multiplied 3/16*3/16*3/16 = 27/4096... but I cannot for the life of me simplify this! Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Even though most of your content isn’t taught in my year group, though, I still have giant interest, and take notes and save them in my notebook for the future when I need them! Do you know what do physics and I share in common :
    1- we both hate each other
    2- complexity; in other words we both find it hard to understand each other Like I literally watch multiple videos which can add up to like a 2 or 3 hours and after I really understand the concept well, I realize that the concept was really easy to understand and that it was only wasting my precious time
    Physics is literally the only subject that I find hard to understand and get into my little head
    But any way thanks to you organic chemistry tutor for making those concepts a more less complicated

    Im in the process of disproving this right now. They do not hit the ground at the same time and they are not under the same force. The force they are under is the combined force of the gravitational of the Earth plus the seperate gravitational pull of each steel ball. The effect is tiny especially compared to the gravitational pull of the Earth. It does however exist none the less.

    9:02 This is why i don't like introductory(?) physics. We can literally get different answers by using different equations in the "4th big equations".
    If we use the formula s(t)=1/2(a)(t), we would get s(5)=(-4.9)(5^2)= -122.5. Since distance is a scalar, then we can just remove the negative sign and get 122.5. Since the definition of speed is distance over time (speed=distance/time), then speed=122.5/5 = 24.5. This SHOULD be true because all i did was using the definition. However, the video uses velocity final and speed interchangeably, which also make sense to me. So which one is correct then?
    Can somebody explain it to me why i got different answers?
    EDIT: I'm 101% sure mine is correct since multiplying my answer by 5 will give the exact distance, while multiplying the video's answer by 5 would give a different distance (feel free to correct me btw).
    I think the flaw in the video's answer is that it uses velocity and speed interchangeably. While sometimes it can be used interchangeably, but as we can see here that it doesn't work for this problem because the answer shows the velocity at that exact moment (velocity final), not the avg velocity.
    Nonetheless, i still believe he's more knowledgeable than me.

    Man, you're one of the best things that has happened to me since I was announced I had to take a Pre-Calculus test for my university. You've been an absolute savior, and all for free. Haven't taken the test, but I am confident that I will do a good job, better than if I had to take this journey of learning/refreshing math topics in general. Thanks a lot.

    Why do you not teach Uniformly Accelerated Motion?
    This is our topic before we have that and I wanted to atleast grasp the basic fundamental knowledge before we go on this topic tommorow lol
    I like the way you teach more than the other RUclipsrs and I'll say I learn more here than my teachers could (because I'm dumb asf and for some reason the way you teach isn't boring than some others I don't know why lol)
    I know your not gonna see this anyway
    So I guess I'll have some sort of advance watching on our lesson for tommorow XD

    i have a question, my teacher chooses the direction of a falling object to be a positive and then the upwards direction to be a negative, so is the value (positive or negative for velocity) based on what we wish to choose or not?

    The short method to solve the problem is to use this equation
    :v²=u²+2gh.Solving this equation :
    v²=u²+2gh
    v²=0×t+2×9.8×700
    v²=0+19.6×700
    v²=0+13720
    v²=13720
    Taking root of both sides.
    √(v²)=√13720
    v=117.132
    Thus final velocity is 117.132...

Also thank you for the various video tutorials on other subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and some Biology. You and Brian Mclogan are of great help to me and other fellow students.
