This is insane. I'm 26 and just purchased a rental home and am looking at opening an LLC for another business I want to start. This information is incredibly helpful and I'm so appreciative for this basic rundown. Thanks!

Garret Sutton. I live in Missouri (no charging order protection for SMLLC). If I were to create a WY LLC and have that own the MO LLC, what happens if I am in a car accident in MO and lose a court case? Can't a MO judge just order me as manager to liquidiate the LLC to pay the judgement?
