- When the consciousness dissolves in nature, it loses all marks and imprints, and becomes pure.
In Yoga Sutra 1.45, Maharishi Patanjali shares how when the yogin attains purity in buddhi (intelligence) and ahankār (ego) and dissolves into nothingness.
This is also where Vipassana meditation helps us get an experience of the subtlest of the subtle and silence our mind. It is one thing to read and by heart the yoga sutras and it is another to actually experience what Maharishi Patanjali wanted us to experience.
Please watch this video I have made with all my love, to know more about this Sutra.
If no one told you today, I love you.

Very good try but your explanation is wrong because you have not yet reached the stage of Enlightment.
No problem sir. We are all in human form to experience and learn and share and love ❤️ I desire nothing from you 🙏
@@VasundharaTalware Dear Vasundhara I found your explanations in some sutra better than so many others. And please dont think i m saying anything to hurt you. You are the person, innocent like a child. Why dont you make from the You tube explanations that you are giving a Book. Surely i will buy that book. You are the woman on the path of Enlightment. May God bless you with best things in life😊💕💕🍎🌹
Thank you. Great, blissful explanation..
Glad you liked it! Thank you so much ❤️🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for sharing your personal experience
Most welcome!
It's so nice to hear that you are encouraging about Dhamma or Vipassana Meditation. But I have different opinion about this Sutra. Subtlest form is called as Atthakalap or atom having 8 qualities of 4 elements & their objects. It is always experienced in Nirodh Samapatti Dhyana or 9th Jhana or lokottra samadhi while becoming a yogi Arahata or fully liberated. I think what you shared is called as Prasabhdhi or tranquality of mind when all Nivaranas dissolved. According to Abhidhammatha Sanghaha. Views are personal & it's intention is not to heart your perception. I hope you will understand as a dhamma practionar. I am also a yoga teacher & vipassana meditator. May you be happy & grow more in dhamma.
Thank you so much dear dhamma brother for taking time out from your valuable day. Thank you so much for your sharing. 🙏🧡 Keep. meditating and keep evolving. 💛 Khub mangal ho.
Thanks for your kindness dhamma sister. Always be happy & attain the real peace in life. Mangalam Bhava
