i dunno if it helps but i cleared those two stages with amiya with addition of doing 14-20 and 14-19 with amiya in my squad. afterwards i rewatched the 14-22 of amiya ending theresa and after completing it i got amiya medic class. so you should probably rewatch 14-22 to get her after clearing those two stages if it doesnt work then clear 14-20 and 14-19 using amiya and then rewatch again the 14-22 it should work in theory. good luck in getting medic amiya, mate
