Sometimes it's so subtle, the main melody is incorporated into a OST already playing for a few seconds. It goes to show how even his name is dangerous. I’m so glad you also picked up on that! As a music major, I’m a huge sucker for musical tricks that shows do, and Demon Slayer does it so well! Definitely one of my favorite anime of all time.

Go Shiina did an amazing job with the ost. I love how everyone’s themes are connected to Tanjiro’s theme and are able to riff off of it. It’s a nice way to utilise the core motif while still having multiple themes for characters and events. Plus, it’s badass 😁

I've gotta say that 2:23 is by far the best addition to Muzans theme. It reminds me of so much of stars and the twilight, ancient and incomprehensibly vast beyond human understanding, it highlights just how alien Muzan is compared to humans.
But something is really wierd of muzan's biokenesis,if he could change his appearance,then shouldn't he be able to bend and shift his vocal cords to make his voice match with his form?

With his music, it’s one of the very things of why Muzan is my favorite character along with Gyomei, Tengen and Zohakuten. Both Muzan’s theme and Zohakuten’s theme are both so terrifying.
