To change time zone from Japan to Bangkok should I press how many times? When I press D only 1 time is only the second move.

The hour hand is misaligned - about 5 minutes ahead, did you notice it? Mine has the same problem

Is there a way to fine-adjust the seconds hand on this watch? Mine is pretty off, points almost exactly in the middle between two second marks. Was like that right from the beginning. Drives me crazy. Otherwise a really nice watch.
