Would love one of these for scanning. Scanning with a weapon thermal is tiring.
Not to mention scanning with a loaded rifle is flagging everything down range. But we agree: it is much easier to scan with handheld or helmet mounted. You could consider the ML19 as a lower cost option for handheld or helmet mounted scanning.

Honesty I prefer the iRay MINI Series Dovetail Shoe vs. the Mod Armory Mum D14 Dovetail Adapter on my mini. The iRay adapter will mate with Wilcox SkeetIR Arms and the KVC bridge.
A part of me wishes I just got the MH25 vs spending so much money on the RH25. I mainly wanted a helmet set up with my PVS14, but a problem I ran into is that I can't wear the RH25 on my left eye. With my wilcox bridge, I must wear the PVS14 on my left eye and RH25 on my right due to the dimensions and how the battery housings protrude, if they were the other way around, the units would be touching and the objectiveals not close enough to see through them. I feel like the MH25 wouldn't have that issue being slimer and the battery compartment on the bottom.
Which bridge are you running?
@Arkayne Co wilcox bridge with skeeter attachments. I could do something different if I have KVC OSS shoes or something but I'd probably have a better chance of catching a unicorn fart before finding KVC OSS shoes.

There are companies that make units like you’re describing. They can be VERY expensive though. Sometimes $60-100K

I've heard many people say thermal fusion isn't possible. In combination with a L3 Harris pvs-14, what would you say is the very best option to achieve this, if no budget? P.S. I already have merger lfr 50xl (1024x768 thermal resolution) binos, and Trijicon IR Hunter MkIII scope. I'm not too worried about having a clip on as a spare, unless it doesn't take away from any major helmet benefits. Lastly, do you think it's worth waiting for a 1024 monocular or are aware of any coming out? I've also looked at the sidekick 640, the battery looks horrible. Thoughts? Thanks!

If you have a good 1x optical monocular and a good bridge, then using both a PVS 14 and a thermal is very possible.

Can you use a 3x magnifier as you would for a red dot
I've seen it done with a Eotech G43/45, Eotech EXPS, with the RH25 up front on the hand guard rail. I have a rifle setup with the first 2 and just ordered an RH25 so I'll circle back and let you know when I have a chance to try it.

I'm thinking of going with a mh25 and pvs14 helment setup. I already have a nice weapon mounted thermal scope.
The increase in price is largely justified if you find value in slightly better resolution, a better screen in the viewfinder, and the ability to weapon mount. If you don't see value in weapon mounting or recording through the unit, the MH25 might be the better move. Either one is a solid option. If your primary use is helmet mounting, there are some benefits to the MH over the RH. We can get you set up with either one when you are ready.

For mounting on a rifle in front of say a 1-10 lpvo. Rh25 or mh25? Go!
Does it mess with your eyes having NV over your right eye and thermal over your left or is it the same as keeping both eyes open during daylight and seeing your retical in only one eye?

Anybody have a good recommendation for a forward mounted unit that I could swap between rifles? Or is that just not practical with zero? I would do rh25 but I can't drop 6k for the setup.
RL25 is the next move. SOLID unit and we can get one into your hands if you’re ready. The other option is the STING IR. Less than RH25, a little more than RL25. Technically the RL25 isn’t meant to be forward mounted, but the STINGIR can be. Email us if you have questions CS@Arkayne.com
