Essentially the same as WT sparring. Body shots=2 points, Head shots=3 points, no punches to the face (only to the body, this are 1 point) you can win by getting the most points or by knockout
Olympic tkd Is not a martial art I mean is not a bad ask a striking art . But as a sport is very limited that's is the only thing that I dislike. For example if raymond Daniels fought these matches he would be automatically disqualified because he is a cocky fighter and like to do some acrobatic kicks. I competed some time ago and I get disqualified just for showing my personal style of sparring. I used to do kung fu and hapkido and when I fell to the ground I immediately lift up in kip up like in the movies and do some cocky things and I get disqualified. I don't like sport taekwondo. I prefer the art part of martial arts
