- Join us for some drinks, food and fun in Blackpool and Cleveleys to celebrate our first family get together for three years as part of our 2023 holiday to the UK.
We start the day in the best way with a full English breakfast before jumping on the tram to Blackpool for a bit of gambling, singing and drinking.
Then we head out for a nice meal in Fleetwood with all the family as the weather turns nasty.
The next day we head out for a traditional Sunday Roast Dinner before heading back to Blackpool with some more drinks and singing with our friends @RicardosRoadtrips

My mom had a cafe in Clevelys in the 80’s. Opposite the tram stop It hasn’t changed much. Thanks for the trip down memory lane ❤😊

Cracking view from the AirBnB. That Hungry Hippos looked tiring. We had the original and it periodically had to get “misplaced” due to the racket it made….. but always a fund game. So nice for you to have family altogether. Love seeing the UK. Was back in Scotland for 3 weeks in May/June so had a fridge full of stuff just like yours 🤣🤣🤣🤣Yum.

Came to Canada with my parents and siblings when I was 15 in 1965, and I`ve never been back; so it`s lovely to see Blackpool again. I remember going quite a bit when I was a kid and was always so excited when I got the first glimpse of the tower! Lovely to hear names of towns I remember from my childhood!
We still see who can spot the Tower first when we are driving into town :-)
As always love watching your vlogs and what makes it more special it was involving the family.
We are due to fly to Florida on the 6 th of September and also involves my family x 10’ can’t wait.

What a lovely vlog. Cleveleys is my home town & it was just so nice to see it on your vlog. We used to live on the corner of Beach Road & Nutter Road. I spent so many days as a kid in the Olympia amusement arcade you walked past. It's so true about how deserted Clevelys gets after 4-5PM. Your Mum & Dad are so precious. Just lovely. Cheese pie, proper Lancashire grub! Your Dad chose well. It must have been so nice to have both your kids with you after three years. Thank you for sharing your lovely family vlog with us. Thoroughly enjoyed it x

Lovely to see you with the kids and family in Blackpool. That air bnb in Clevelys has a great view! That fish looked delicious and the roast dinner. I haven't been back there is way too long so it's great to see. I think Maxine will be glad to be back to the sun.

Both my kids are similar in age to yours. I emigrated to the USA twice! First in 1983 with my parents. Second time in 2016 after I divorced my first wife and remarried an American. Thankfully both kids followed me and we are now all US citizens. Maybe like your son, my sister preferred life in the UK and returned shortly after graduating high school here never to return!
Yes , but at least they have the choice once you become citizens :-)
Great to see you together after 3 years. We were a frequent visitor to Blackpool when we lived in Sheffield but since we moved to the Isle of Wight 15 years ago we haven’t had the chance to visit. Loved your Blackpool vlog last year (I think it was last year). Enjoy the rest of your trip, looking forward to more home improvement vlogs.

We live near Blackpool and used to go to that cafe when we went to clevelys It’s good to see that it is still there. We also live 20 mins from that Bluebird restaurant and never been in it . We will have give a try.
As you saw, the bluebird is not the cheapest, but its top notch service and food
