Terrance Howard was replaced mostly due to his management and the studios not being able to come to terms with his contract. He was the highest paid actor in this one, obviously after the film's success RDJ's salary was bumped substantially. Terrance Howard didnt want to take a paycut

Even though I'm not the biggest Spiderman fan one of the things I always liked about those movies is they have unique villains he has to find unique ways of defeating rather than just fighting another version of himself. Dr Strange was rather refreshing as well by the time it came around.
that's tony stark for you always reaching beyond the stars and excelling at it. That's why THANOS knew his name and was impressed by him.
Iron Man is a great film by itself - especially considering what's coming next, if you're watching ALL of the MCU haha - and probably the best Iron Man film in my opinion - but so many better MCU films after this one :)
I guess that's what's so cool about the series, everyone has a different favourite 😂

Yinsen does appear briefly in Iron Man 3 in flashback. Tony met him once before and ignored him, much the same way he ignored hammer, suggesting Yinsen's capture and subsequent death are another consequence of Tony's former arrogance (but then would he have ever become Iron Man?)
From what I remember Terrence Howard asked for a bigger pay cut and the studio just replaced him

Wanda was born in 89 and the bombings were when she and Pietro were 9 I believe so that would of been 1998....it was before the timeline of this film
