I just would like to say that tagalog and filipino are two distinct languages: the former is regional, and the latter is national. Tagalog is considered dialect which for me is unjustified under the law of nature; creating an artificial hierarchy between things is unnatural. Under quantum physics, sounds are made of the same thing. Finally, filipino and pilipino are mere two words referring to same thing, only that former made official due to a recognition made by the 1987 constitution for official business.
