  • As G-d’s partner in creation and in fixing the world, man was endowed with the capacity to grow and change. The struggle towards perfection while building upon the remnants of previous attempts, is hewn into the very fabric of the universe.
    The Torah portion of Pekudei (Exodus 38 : 21 - 40 : 38) is read on Shabbat,
    Second Adar 2, 5782 - March 5, 2022

Another beautiful, meaningful, deep shuir. Thank you Rabbi Richman. There is a poetic flow in these shorter Torah presentations which hugs my heart. And I still appreciate being invited into your home which only adds to the words of Torah. SHABBAT SHALOM.

No. This world is the one that God is not content with. It is the one of death and destruction and no peace.
The other world is where the New Jerusalem and Israel is where the spiritual children of God are, the true converts. You must be born again to enter it.
    Hebrews 12:22 (KJV)
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
    Hebrews 11:16 (KJV)
But now they desire a better [country], that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
    Ephesians 2:12 (KJV)
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
    Hebrews 11:3 (KJV)
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
    2 Corinthians 4:18 (KJV)
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal.
