Generator with 6/2 profile ! I think same as you :) I just start to learn Human design, after 2 years of this topic popping up ! It is so interesting, and since 3 years I'm taking this signal back ! Thank you for this. I went and sat to meditate and focus on various aspects on my timeline to feel in my body where my response was so that i could become familiar with my sacral response. Interesting how I felt it rising up, and the fullness within my wombspace with various thoughts. Tightening in lower back like a contraction with others, chest tightening or hard breathing with some, and nothing at all with others. I will continue to explore.
Oh I get that chest tightening sensation too, I'm new to HD and am navigating what it is to feel the sacral response for yes! It's helpful to hear the various responses for no and this one is really powerful for me x

Ok. You're beautiful! I am a Generator. Sacral responder. This whole video made sense to me. It helped me feel more confident in the choice I've made for my current situation. Lots of research to do still. I have a 6/2 profile and I truly love my alone time, it is where I'm able to recharge my social battery.

It's interesting, i feel most of my intuitive responses in my throat chakra. so tending to the consciousness in my soul space/sacral has a been quite a living practice. lately ive been working on breathing into my hips and pelvis consciously to bring more awareness here. honestly, i feel like self pleasuring via massage etc might be a conscious way to feel into this space more. which is a radical thing to saw coming from a chastity background.

Elena Kostyreva I would say that your body will tell you. How are your energy levels? Do you feel valued at work? Do you dread going each morning? Does it drain your energy? If this is the case, Implement small shifts that can boost your energy before or during work so that you can switch on your energy for yourself to make the day more satisfying!

The 5/1 as I have read about it seems to somewhat resonate at least a bit. My daughter is a projector and it resonates as very accurate for her.
