Hi Jill, same as your kids some of my kids also studied in public school. The quality of education is good since they have good teachers & modern facilities. On the first day of school your kids already will have their own friends & enjoy school. There are usually 3 big groups of nationality in school, namely, Pnoy's, Chinese & Indians and the kids tend to hang out with their own kababayans. The whites are just a minority.
As to your husband being a software engineer, he will have no problem getting a job since the demand is high. Salary should be in the 80,000-100,000 level in Alberta, although in other areas (Toronto & Vancouver) could reach 110,000-150,000)

U mentioned before that you enrolled at Norquest College? Mas better sana if u got a place in the West End area. So your kids can enroll at Archbishop MacDonald HS (one of the best catholic schools in the city).

Maiiwan namin sa January yung mga kids namin sa Pinas since d sila naisama sa application. Do you know the best way we can bring them with us? Doon pa rin ba sa IRCC portal na aacount ng husband ko iapply? How did you bring your kids with you, sabay sabay mo ba naapply sila? Thanks and may God bless your exciting journey there.

Yes Sis, libre yung elementary and high school rito for your kids if you are an international student and kasama sila sa application mo.

Wala na po libre dito sa mundo. Ang pagaaral ng mga bata ay binabayaran parin sa pamamagitan ng buwis (tax) at ang bansang canada ang isa sa may pinakamataas na buwis.
Exactly po. Our taxes go somewhere na pwede maconvert into something useful like education ng mga bata and other things.

Sis Jill...paano kaya sa case ng tatlong anak ko,.isang grade 1 grade 7 at grade 11 ngaun..ang school vacation nila ay sa May 2024 pa...Si Mister IS january intake siya,..sa case ng pag aaral mga kids pede bang itransfer ko sila at jan ituloy?o tapusin ang pag aaral dito,natatakot din kase si Mister mag isa..ang gusto makasunod agad kame..pero pano pag aaral ng kids?sis konting insight abala lang ako sandali bout dito...tnk u in advance sa reply❤
hi! yes po pwede nyo naman silang isabay sa mister nyo para magcontinue ng studies dito. kahit naman nagstudy ang mister nyo hindi ganun ka-hassle studies ng mga bata dito..kung may parent's meeting online at walang mga pabili-bili tulad sa pinas nag magconsume ka ng oras mo para pumunta ng National bookstore etc. But I think ang Grade 1 need sya ihatid sundo. Grade 7 and 11 can go by themselves na po.

Hi! yes po kasabay na namin sila sa application namin pero kung nauna na kayo sa application at issunod pa lng sila ay pwede naman as Student-Minor (dependent) You may apply through the IRCC portal pa rin. You need to present a Letter of Invitation para sa knila and their Letter of Intent for the documentation. Pwede din naman sa same account ng husband nyo sila iapply pero kung separate mas ok din. Sa bunso ko kasi naka-separate na sya since sya yung naiwan namin on our first application. Thanks and hope nakatulong.
