Yeah, I’ve ran into the same issue couple of times; contacted sellers - some of them solved it for me, others didn’t unfortunately, however, I haven’t had the same problem with any of these items, so, supposedly it depends on the country ones orders to. Anyway, I would suggest u contacting a seller)
