It can happen due to lack of sleep or proper diet food! When i was college, i had to deal with this but that time I didn’t have any knowledge of preventing tiredness! If you have a proper sleep and have a good food, InsahAllah you will be able to deal with this Try to have more protein. Protein can give energy for the whole day!
