I actually paused the video to say this. Like you don't need the rest of the gospel according to John, the same chapter that talks about the Word and the Word being God, John says the Word became flesh. Also in John 10:18 Jesus says that He lays down His life and He has the power to take it up again.

To better understand man, Jesus became a man. For a time. Jesus on the cross says that God has abandoned him - did He lost faith? For a time being when he was man, yes. He DIED on the cross - if he was God, could he die? Can you kill God? He voluntarily become not perfect being in order to better understand man. I stopped watching Tatum and Crowder a long time ago for similar reasons: their spirit is not right. That seems nebulous, but Crowder’s interactions with his wife and the team at Daily Wire, and this video (and others) from Tatum fleshed out my decisions, long after I had made them. Arrogance is a prime symptom of a poor spirit.

@144 There are so many instances that prove Jesus is God. Just because He was sent by the Father does not disprove His deity, He was simply obeying the command of His Father. Jesus' role as God before His second coming is to act as the bridge between God and man (because we have sinned, we have strayed away from our relationship with God and Jesus Himself would be the bridge that brings us back to God). If Jesus is not God, He would not be able to cast miracles in His own name, raise Himself from the dead, read the thoughts of people, etc.

You do understand that what Jesus is saying that if you have seen Jesus you have seen the same character as God? Jesus is only the Son but the same character as the Father so he isn't the Father. The book of John shows this that Jesus and the Father are two different beings.

And is therefore the power of the Father how he moves throughout his creation and empowers it. Multiple times Yehsua refers to his Father YHWH as his God/elohim So yes, since Yehsua is the Son of the most high God/elohim, he also is god/elohim, but his has always been and will always be under the authority of his Father.
@SG-jv5zi thanks for going more in depth yes that is more of what I have heard and am learning but ultimately we must remember that God and Jesus are not as the Catholics say so when the trinitarians say it is biblical they must be specific what they say the trinity is. I am seeing in other pagan beliefs the trinity so that makes it suspect for me as well. Catholicism is steeped in a lot of paganism as well so we should question all we see from that denomination. I am an ex Catholic so I should know.
@SG-jv5zi I would say the bible supports two individuals and not three. The third person of the Holy Spirit is the Father's own Spirit and well Christ the Son is the second person. They all are of the same essence and character and that is really one of the only things that is similar about them. Let me find the verse in the NT that says that Jesus is the "firstborn of all creation". The trinitarians say that all three individuals have always been around but that verse calls it all into question. The Father has always been and well as far as I know so has his Spirit too but I have not seen yet in scripture if that is so. The Father for sure has always existed before creation.

As man he did not rely on his Godhood, but like a bird choosing to walk when it could fly, he relied on the Spirit of God as we do (hence his being a high priest that understands our struggles as he went through them just as we do, yet was without sin). He would randomly talk about his faith, which I appreciated as a Christian myself, but when he started talking about manifesting and Word of Faith stuff, I had to take a step back. Actually, the Holy Trinity was a false doctrine created by the Catholic Church, specifically "father Tertullian" so before we just assume that he's incorrect, let's actually talk about what's saying. Saying that God and Jesus Christ are one and the same would be like saying Jesus is an incarnate version of God, which is unbiblical and also just not true. The Bible clearly states that Jesus Christ, Christ literally meaning "Anointed One", is literally the SON OF GOD. Also, if God and Jesus are the same, then why do we pray to Jesus as our intercessor between him and God? That wouldn't make sense, we would just be talking directly to God Himself. When it was written in the Bible that God and Jesus are one, they meant that Jesus Christ knows all things, just as his Father does, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are literally the same being. If that was the case, when people get baptized, and receive the Holy Spirit, they would literally be taking in Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is a gift given to us by God, but it is not God Himself. Make it make sense, and don't just use one verse to support your answer.

Exodus 3:14 “I will be what I will be.” There’s no significance in “I AM” the way you’ve been taught. And there is also no special indication or capitalization in the original writings. “I AM” is used multiple times in the Bible by various people as an indication to themselves it does not hold special significance to God and it is not a title or name for God. Jesus was before Abraham, God’s son in heaven. He did not claim to be God. “I AM” means nothing. “Before Abraham came into existence, I have been” -Jesus Christ

Those verses are pointing out for us to change our desires in order to fight temptations. Think of it like this, would someone lactose intolerant be tempted with a bowl of chocolate ice-cream? Would a non-smoker be tempted to puff on a pipe? No! Why? Because while this is a temptation, to that individual, it's not their desire.

@144 There are so many instances that prove Jesus is God. Just because He was sent by the Father does not disprove His deity, He was simply obeying the command of His Father. Jesus' role as God before His second coming is to act as the bridge between God and man (because we have sinned, we have strayed away from our relationship with God and Jesus Himself would be the bridge that brings us back to God). If Jesus is not God, He would not be able to cast miracles in His own name, raise Himself from the dead, read the thoughts of people, etc.

You do understand that what Jesus is saying that if you have seen Jesus you have seen the same character as God? Jesus is only the Son but the same character as the Father so he isn't the Father. The book of John shows this that Jesus and the Father are two different beings.
JDobrozsi1 is correct. He is caliming that since he (Yeshua) lives a perfect sinless life (as a man) by walking in line with the Spirit of YHWH in every moment, that seeing his life, was seeing a mirror image of the Father.
The Father, YHWH has his own body and his own name. As does the Son, Yeshua the Messiah. However, the Spirit of YHWH (Holy Spirit) has neither a name or a body. And is therefore the power of the Father how he moves throughout his creation and empowers it.

When we realize that God is a title of author (elohim) and this can refer to YHWH, Yeshua, angels, demons, earthly kings, etc... it helps us understand things in context. Multiple times Yehsua refers to his Father YHWH as his God/elohim
So yes, since Yehsua is the Son of the most high God/elohim, he also is god/elohim, but his has always been and will always be under the authority of his Father.
@SG-jv5zi thanks for going more in depth yes that is more of what I have heard and am learning but ultimately we must remember that God and Jesus are not as the Catholics say so when the trinitarians say it is biblical they must be specific what they say the trinity is. I am seeing in other pagan beliefs the trinity so that makes it suspect for me as well. Catholicism is steeped in a lot of paganism as well so we should question all we see from that denomination. I am an ex Catholic so I should know.

@SG-jv5zi I would say the bible supports two individuals and not three. The third person of the Holy Spirit is the Father's own Spirit and well Christ the Son is the second person. They all are of the same essence and character and that is really one of the only things that is similar about them. Let me find the verse in the NT that says that Jesus is the "firstborn of all creation". The trinitarians say that all three individuals have always been around but that verse calls it all into question. The Father has always been and well as far as I know so has his Spirit too but I have not seen yet in scripture if that is so. The Father for sure has always existed before creation.

First, in this passage, Jesus addresses the Father. He says, “Oh my Father . . . ” Note that Jesus says “my” and “Father.” These two words designate a “me and you” relationship.
Second, “If it be possible” is Jesus expressing a desire-a hope. What is that hope or desire? It is that “this cup pass from me.” The cup Jesus is speaking of is the imminent ordeal of betrayal, scourging, and crucifixion. Jesus did not want to go through this. He was expressing His desire. It was His will not to undergo the severe ordeal ahead of Him. If this was not so, He would not have expressed the desire to have the cup pass from Him.
Third, in Matt. 26:39, Jesus says, “Nevertheless., not my will, but thine, be done.” In Luke 22:42 he says, “Nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.” With this, Jesus is expressing His will and contrasting it to the will of the Father. Yet, He is stating that even though He does not want to undergo what lay ahead, “Nevertheless,” He would submit to the will of the Father-and not his own will.
This shows that the person of Jesus had a separate and different will than the Father. Since we have two separate simultaneous wills, we have two separate and simultaneous persons and Oneness Pentecostal theology is incorrect.

Actually, the Holy Trinity was a false doctrine created by the Catholic Church, specifically "father Tertullian" so before we just assume that he's incorrect, let's actually talk about what's saying. Saying that God and Jesus Christ are one and the same would be like saying Jesus is an incarnate version of God, which is unbiblical and also just not true. The Bible clearly states that Jesus Christ, Christ literally meaning "Anointed One", is literally the SON OF GOD. Also, if God and Jesus are the same, then why do we pray to Jesus as our intercessor between him and God? That wouldn't make sense, we would just be talking directly to God Himself. When it was written in the Bible that God and Jesus are one, they meant that Jesus Christ knows all things, just as his Father does, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are literally the same being. If that was the case, when people get baptized, and receive the Holy Spirit, they would literally be taking in Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is a gift given to us by God, but it is not God Himself. Make it make sense, and don't just use one verse to support your answer.

"Whom do you say that I AM?"
If we get that one wrong, everything we do next will also be wrong.
He did a live feed on IG tonight and bible reading, scripture quoting brothers and sisters were coming out left and right. Long story short, he had no defense but what "he" believes, wouldn't answer questions, got hurt and shut the feed down. Once you say Jesus isn't God to bible believers who fear God, you got another thing coming! He said he won't talk about this again because Christians are attacking him...lol
He is so sadly mistaken. How does he know that he is being inspired by Holy Spirit and not a spirit of deception. This is dangerous “blasphemous theology” considering he has so many followers. He expresses such arrogance just because he started reading the bible in 2008. Wonder what bible he is using?
Right. I’ve been reading the Bible off and on since I was a child (more on the past ten years), and I learn multiple new things each time I read it. You have to be humble about the Word and have a receptive spirit. If you aren’t learning something new in the Word, something is wrong.
It was really painful hearing Brandon say that 😔 this year just keeps getting worse.
