  • Welcome to your Day 1 of 10 Days of 10 Sun Salutations with a different BONUS YOGA POSE each day! Today we introduced the bonus asana during the last 3 Sun Salutations in this RUclips video, but you'll also see it during the shorts version 😍🤸🏻‍♀️
    If you've been wanting to practice yoga more regularly but you're not sure where to start, this is your sign! This challenge will be perfect for you. It's only 10 days, it only takes about 10 minutes, and there's a bit of variation each day to keep it interesting!
    Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss any of the "Poses of the Day" because each day will be a surprise! And if you're not ready to start yet, just save this for later and maybe share it with a friend who might like to do it with you 🥰
    Things to remember:
    • This is your practice, only do what is comfortable for you and take whatever modifications you need 🥰
    • It's okay if you miss a day or only do a few! There's no pressure here 🤍
    • All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)

    This video runs for 11 minutes and 4 seconds. You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
