AUTHORS CHAT - WITH RICHARD THOMAS - DEBUT BOOK - THE END OF THE LINE
Welcome to Episode 3 of Authors Chat with myself Beth Jordan and Richard Thomas, born in Aberystwyth, and settled in Romford. Richard has written and produced a very unique book entitled 'The End of the Line'.
He is an ardent photographer and as his bio says 'I’ve always traveled with a camera and my passion for photography started in my late teens as I got hooked using black and white film (usually Ilford ASA 100 and occasionally ASA 400). Developing and printing my own work was also great fun, much to my parent’s frustration as I took over the family kitchen most weekends; the first half-hour after tea was spent setting up the darkroom with bin liners over the windows'.
I loved chatting with him about his coddiwomple adventures in and around the many and varied London underground stations. He walked miles and traveled miles and took over 7,000 photos to produce his book.
It is a book full of photos, art, history, questions, curiosity and people chat. It is, I would say, one of a kind and an absolute read. You can purchase his book via his website
