Fabric width variation , Warp is 61 weft is 61 reed is 84 Reed space is 66.6 Epi is 90 in Fabric. Ppi is 84 in Fabric and on machine is 82 I am not achieving 63 Inc width. Where is the problem in machine or my calculations Because when we started machine we achieve 62.25 Inc to 62.50 Inc
@TEXTILEADVISER First, our ends were 5560, including the selvage of 96. In this, we got 62.5 Inc widths, and the machine RPM was 550 to 600 After increasing RPM 800+, the width reduces to 61.75 Inc to 62 Inc Then we increase Ends by 80 Ends, i.e., now 5640, including 96 ends selvage now our width is 62.25 to 62.75 even we reduce RPM to 500 than also same width Overall we increase Ends but unable to achieve 63 Inc width
It's help for me in industries sir
