Ep 2 | Learning what is "Friendship"?

- Friendship can be so taboo to describe. I'll be the first o say that in the past I haven't always been able to describe it fully or act it out. I spent years trying to find what it meant so that when asked I could give a description of what this topic actually means to me.
The reality is, I haven't always been good at it because I focused more on what I thought it should look like or what is could look like rather than just experiencing "Friendship".
I am in a place in my life where connection, authenticity, and community is so much more valuable than superficial relationships. Again, I haven't always thought this way. It feels so much better to truly be present for people you love and care about, by being present with self first!
