12 HOURS Transatlantic Flight On Avianca B787! London Heathrow - Bogota [NIGHT FLIGHT REPORT]

- WELCOME ABOARD on the flight between Heathrow Int´Airport in London UK to El Dorado Airport in Bogota. I arrived at the airport at about 7:00 pm in a bus and the flight was leaving at 10:00pm . Today we had the opportunity to board one of the B787-9 Dreamliners in the Avianca fleet. This was my second flight in this type of aircraft, but it is spectacular because of its advanced technology, including its windows as you´ll see in the video. It was kind of boring having a FULL NIGHT FLIGHT REPORT, so I got asleep like for 6 hours.
For me, the service of Avianca wasn´t as good as I thought considering is an important Airline in the world (#2 oldest and was awarded as the most punctual in the world)
All in all is a good airline.
You should try Avianca travelling to Colombia (e.g: Bogota, Medellín, Cartagena)

Thanks for the video. How was the service and the food quality? We're planning a trip in a very near future. Like someone else said, Avianca operates de 787-8, and let's hope they soon get the A350 now that the ABRA Group recently signed a Memorandum of understanding for 5 A350-900s.

See, the service wasn’t as good as I expected, because the flight attendants take some time to get to your seat when you call them, and the food, considering it’s not bad, could be better. I give a 7/10 overall opinion of the airline. I appreciate you, would you like to be a member of the channel?

Alberto hola bro, donde vives, la salida fue como a las 10 u 11 de la noche pero en hora de Londres, aunque si vas a venir seguramente te cambien el horario, y lo de la membresia todavía no está validado, ya que no lo he puesto porque estoy planeando fortalecer la audiencia primero. Esa membresia va a valer entre 3 USD/mes a 10 UDS/mes mas o menos dependiendo de los beneficios

Hola, I will fly this route next month and I'm a bit confused about the different classes/seat options. The most important thing for me is legroom, and I've seen something about 'silla plus'. Do you know if this is just an economy seat with more space, or more like premium economy? Skyscanner gives different legroom info for the outbound and return flights. It could be a mistake, or it could be that some of their 787s are more spacious. Do you have any information about this? Gracias por compartir!
Hello neil martin, the plus seat is more as an economy seat. I would recommend you the premium economy
as it is the same seat of economy, but with more space, any other question?
@MCR-Aviacion the other part of the ‘mistake’ I really don’t know, but if you just buy the premium economy is OK, avoiding troubles
@@MCR-Aviacion thanks very much - unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a premium economy on this route. So I will see what seat options are available when I check in. Interestingly (for me at least), Skyscanner has now updated its flight details - legroom is now 76cm instead of 81cm (that's about the same as a Ryanair flight - but for 10 hours!). It feels a bit like Avianca has gone low cost, but without the low prices!

No me gusta su servicio. Pero comenzando por sus auxiliares de vuelo y las de taquilla donde pesan las maletas
@@j.w6915 realmente el servicio no es muy bueno, estoy de acuerdo. Eso se pesa como en la entrada del aeropuerto, en mi caso fue la entrada de la Terminal 5 de London Heathrow
