This was a wonderful combination of auditory and visual triggers, packaged together with some strong personal attention which really delivered for me when it came to relaxation. Even before the examination started your finger flutters kicked in my ASMR nicely for what was to be a really engaging scenario to watch. I love glove sounds and throughout the skin examination the combination of the gloved hand movements delivered such a satisfying auditory trigger with the resulting sound getting my senses tingling nicely. A highlight for me though was the light trigger. These have become one of my personal favourites amongst the many visual triggers my ASMR has been exposed to and something I look forward to seeing, the light source and movement combined feeds my ASMR perfectly. I have dermatillomania which is an obsessive skin picking disorder akin to OCD. i ruined my face for years and at one point i would start picking at my face just to lose time and realize i had been doing it for four hours straight. i've been really good about it after years of therapy and meds but because its an obsession, the compulsion is almost always there. then i found these videos. i think your first extraction video was three years ago now and ever since i saw it, i watch it when im in a really bad or anxious place. you've helped me from giving in SO MANY TIMES with these videos and I can't thank you enough. I've begun healing my raw and scarred skin and found confidence for the first time in my whole life because of your videos. it may not mean much since im a stranger on the internet but you've truly done so much for me. thank you from the bottom of my heart
