Really like these floor plans. The kitchen in the second one could have been thought out better, but over all really good use of space.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy Taylor Morrison. I am a contractor and I get sent to their homes. They should be shut down. Look them up online you will be stuck with 10’s of thousands of dollars in repairs on a brand new home.

@@cvx5422 today there’s a customer who’s drywall from ceiling fall down and we saw they had roof leaks everywhere. Sent a third party roofer to inspect they said the roof is just old and needs to be replaced. We said the house was built two years ago. So they sent pictures of the felt and it looked 20yrs old. The homeowner said they had a bunch of other neighbors dealing with the home builder too for their roofs. Taylor Morrison has so far refused to repair or replace the roof and their insurance said it’s not covered. The job is $15,000. So we rent digging and there’s droves of issues everywhere with them.

What builder would you recommend?
@@EscapeToArizona I’ve always like Meritage or TW Lewis homes but that’s not a professional opinion. Pulte I’ve seen be good with fixing problems in the past too.
