Ange's fanname is originally Kenja Kids (賢者キッズ) or Philosopher's Kids. It *officially* is still Kenja Kids. However FCL name got thrown in after her Outlast stream (which is pretty early in her streaming career), and it kinda sticks as a joke and many used it more than Kenja Kids. Ange also said in her latest zatsudan stream, it is still officially Kenja Kids and she had never said FCL is official fanname but you can choose to call yourself either one of them as you like.
