I appeared in pre CAS interview and university gave the feedback that you pass but I found some of your answer more clarification so due to this they asked me for second pre CAS interview

Yes you can actually mention that you got offer from other schools, mention one or two of their names and state the reason you choose your institution

IELTS depends on the school honestly but most schools don’t require Nigerian students with a credit in WAEC or NECO . Please check UKVI website for any info on Covid

You can mention you plan to stay in an Airbnb for a while before you get your own accommodation

Yes please. You will be asked for the reason also, so try to have the rejection letter or mail with you to confirm
I also want know if I can tell them that I have relations staying in Birmingham that I can stay with while I sort out my accomodations.
Should I tell them my family will also be coming with me now or later.
Please tell them you’re coming with your family but you don’t necessarily have to mention staying with a family member at first. Airbnb is a perfect answer.

Please, if someone will be staying in a private accommodation, what will be the best way to answer, do you need to say how much it will cost you?
You don’t need to say the amount because you don’t know for sure. You can say you have been looking at websites like zoopla, Rightmove etc and will be speaking to landlords as soon as you get your visa. However, you plan to stay In an Airbnb for your first month in case you don’t get an accommodation before coming

Hi Ope, from your explanation, it looks like things have changed from my time. If you’re asked to only pay £1000 to do the interview, I’ll say pay just that and when you pass it, you can go ahead and make your full deposit

I have 2 questions and it's okay if you cannot answer but I would be grateful if you could share perspectives from others in this situation cos I have searched for interviews conducted for someone who is married with kids and intends to travel with them. What is the best response to give when asked if you want to come with your family? Secondly, I would like to use the scenario from your school and others to judge what is likely to play out in my choice of school. I have been given an unconditional offer, although I am to start in January of 2023. So my second question is: Is it compulsory to conduct pre-cas interviews for all students? Did that happen in your school? The reason am asking this is because I have been preparing for the interview but I haven't been scheduled for one yet someone who applied a long time after I did has not been given an offer but he has been scheduled for an interview even though we are both to begin at the same time. And just to also mention that I am in the process of paying the initial deposit for my tuition. Thanks once again for your effort to make it easier for those of us coming behind you.

I don’t really get the ending part of your question but most schools do pre cas interview. Some send it as a questionnaire while others conduct proper interview.
