I got my setup down to “one finger” spacing on all four corners and have never looked back! Nice clean look and I can drive it anywhere. Good luck!

Yeah "slamming" your car does nothing but hurt performance in most cases.. Unless of course it is a purpose-built race-car with proper suspension setup that needs the car to sit really low for aero.. But Honda's suspension geometry doesnt respond all that well to lowering.. Like you said, a nice 1-2 finger gap is a nice lowered look, but not so much you need to run a ton of negative camber and destroy your ride quality and tires.
I really hope i can make an appointment with you guys when i come back home from Idaho. After my deployment next year, id like to make the drive and get a metric ton of stuff done by LHT. You guys are awsome!
Really like your philosophy on gaining something without losing something else. Own my car for 9 years and loving it. My car has stock powertrain and other minor mods for peace of mind only. Curious if you would consider carbon fibre drive shaft as an option to gain something without losing something? Read some reviews saying that the weight saving makes the throttle a lot more responsive and can put down power better. But others suggest against it because it is more brittle therefore can break or crack if hits something under the car. Thanks.
Swift Spec R springs are the best height I have seen @ 1.2" drop front and rear. Geometry stays fine wish a proper alignment with a little added negative camber.
Should preload the suspension before tightening all the bolts on the suspension. Including the suspensions bushing bolts that weren’t removed during install.
If you go on their website there is more info. They dont like talking about prices on jobs on their youtube. You can also call the shop and talk to Esther if you are serious about getting them to install it.
I live not too far from Tail of the Dragon, love to drive it with y’all (you have to use that word when you visit) on 11/1. But, which car to drive - 2004 S2000 or 2000 NSX-T? Please share more details when you know times.

Not sure if your comment is in regards to the Skunk2 pro-C coilovers that were installed on the silver S2K or not but Skunk2 is a US company based out of SoCal (manufactured overseas}. For what these S2K's are being intended to do KW would be my choice.
Would lowering springs get you a close measurement fit for all for wheels? I bought a set of coilovers and it's a pain in the back to get them close to accurate
LHT, is there a check list you guys go through before you let a car sit for a long period of time? Also, you said you change your oil every 3k miles, is there an age limit for the oil? Say if you havent hit 3k miles in about a year because you dont drive that particular vehicle often?
They are all over Ebay, search TRD Pro SEMA rims, the knock-off's are 8" instead of the Toyota genuine ones at 7" wide, Black or Gunmetal. Have an 04 Green Sequoia 4WD with 2 1/2" lift with the black option on 285's and it looks perfect.
What is the highest original mileage s2k motor you have supercharged? I have a 2003 w/208k miles on the original motor. I did the retainers at 205k w/no damaged on original ap1s. The motor still looked brand new inside the head
@@aisu8481 Well wondering which one they prefer for keeping the same feel for the s2000 more or less liike he says in the video. wondering between SC or Turbo
@@Meatballxl well, considering the supercharger only enhances what the engine already does.. that’s a more purist choice.. A turbo will alter the shape of the torque curve and available power at certain rpm will not be immediate. You’ll have to drive the spool, instead of just the rpm.

@@Meatballxl If you are looking to keep the same feel of an NA s2K, than you cant go Supercharger.. Supercharger is instant torque and boost. If you dont like moving the powerband lower and lowering the redline, you dont really want a SC.. rather, youd want a larger, laggier turbo that spools up a bit later and pulls all the way to 9K.
Anyone have an Idea of what boosting a S2k would cost. Parts/labor? Im guessing 7-8K?

@ thanks, so its safe to say these LHT builds we see on youtube are 10k builds right? I tried to search on LHT’s website but didnt see any packages or pricing info.

@@Jamess17065 It depends really. And tbh, I dont know a ton about LHT's pricing, as I live nowhere near Florida. But with their reputation and the quality of their work, It would not surprise me if they charge a premium. And they SHOULD! Not rip people off obviously, but they are a top Honda shop, so they deserve a bit higher per hour rate. But yeah, if you went to LHT and said "TURBO MY CAR!".. Look to spend around $10K.. at least. I do think they would work with you though if you said you were on a budget. You dot have to go with high end parts, but I dont, and I am sure LHT dont recommend cutting costs unless you have to.
pulled the trigger on an '03 s2000 two months ago because of this channel. hoping to make the trip down one day!
Congrats man.

Ishan Singh Awesome my friend. The S2000 is an amazing car.
They perform great doughnuts & slides! & it'll take your beating ALL DAY LONG! Check your fluids!!
Yeah. Finally pulled the trigger on an 03 for my birthday. I was inspired by LHT.
Thank you! Looking forward to the build!! You Guys are the S2K caretakers. Your attention to detail is legendary in the S2K family!!!

Awesome buddy, I mean...Mate. At least you can follow along and get some ideas.
Did you change the ratio during editing? 🤔
I accidentally changed the rendering. I sometimes render in 480 to preview as it’s fast. Then change back to 1080 to unload . Sorry bud.

Yes, 1.3” is about the max without too negativity geometry, it will tend to wear axle cups long term.
