As a professional dealer for almost 15 years, this 100% drives me up the wall. Trust me when I say that this is totally against procedure in any casino I've worked in and by proxy any casino my trainers who taught me have worked in. Sloppy, loud and inaccurate means they need more training with someone who cares about making good dealers who can last in the business. Also, no matter, Vagas Action rocks! Love you 2 no matter what! Hope to get to deal to y'all someday!
Fantastic session...well done! The dealer was so nice, but I will admit, he was driving me crazy with the touching of the cards and arranging them. I couldn't help thinking if the table was full, I would have had to leave...lol.
Great session! The card arranging could get annoying but it did soothe my ocd for him to put in order. If the table was full they open the cards for you and do that same. He was genuinely excited when y’all won! I’d rather a fun dealer than one that makes you feel like you’re in time out!

@@VegasAction he means you saw the ace and wanted to be surprised but dealer insisted every time on expanding the three cards. I can assure you, if you politely ask them not to do it until after the hand is done they will oblige. Otherwise why bother even handing you the card like the previous did
Great session! I love that you guys tip so well, but I wish the service equaled the tips! It's a shame to see both a dealer AND their supervisor making mistakes, and not just once or twice, but over and over and over again. If you guys weren't so eagled eyed you'd have lost out on a lot of payouts that thankfully you caught. Please request the dealers to not open the cards until after, we love the suspense. And PLEASE tell them to stop showing all the cards when you bet after seeing the first one. There is no need for it and if other players were on the table they would never do it. I had this happen at my local uk casino and got into a row with the dealer over it. We PAY for the privilege to briefly own those cards so its up to us if we choose to see 1/2/3 or even none of them lol

I agree with the sounds of the casino. When I’m playing poker or blackjack there’s nothing better than hearing someone hitting the buttons hard or the sound of slot machines. The sounds of sucker bets and dumb people lighting their cash on fire for hopes and dreams that won’t come with machines.
Dealer has to Read the cards. If dealer needs put them in order to properly read them, then why would you complain. Because as soon as they misread your hand, you will be upset
That dealer was a knucklehead. Doesn't he know you wanted to be surprised by your remaining cards with your high card showing on top? Did he think you forgot to look at them? Duh !

Man I can’t stand it when dealers feel like they need to touch my cards and arrange them. Keep your grubby hands off my cards. And when she had an Ace and wanted to keep the other 2 cards hidden, he had to be a narcissistic psycho and reveal the cards. I woulda told that guy to stop touching my cards. He’s the enemy in my eyes. Not to mention paying wrong and not seeing winning hands. Imagine how much money that guy jips the players out of.
The dealer was told to make sure the camera can see the cards. Suspense is fun but we try to keep things light and fun. Telling the dealer what to do feels the opposite of that but we u destined how you feel. Thanks for watching! 🍀
Whoever runs this casinos training room needs to be fired. Consistently bad dealers! What drives me up the wall, as a professional dealer, is that he has to hit the cheques on the table after every payoff. No one in training helped this "dealer" learn to properly "size" into the cheques. In the business he's considered a Clydsdale horse, so loud you can gear him 2 pits away.
We have issues there because we film in the early morning and there’s a bunch of blackjack dealers and most are not experienced dealing the carnival games like this. We are happy when there’s no errors. We get where you are coming from. We wish we could film at the casino you deal at!

I’m curious. On the hands where y’all both won 6-card flushes, you bet $10 on the pair plus. How was the payout $45?
6 card flush is $75 for a $5 bet. Pair plus is 3-1 so if we bet $15 then it’s $45. The red chips are harder to see

He was a blackjack dealer who hadn’t dealt this much. The mornings are tough there because of the lack of experienced dealers for the carnival games.
