Can I do this with all in one pc monitors as well? I've been trying to get it to work on my all in one, but it never shows the display of the Xbox, and I can't find a setting for it either. Help please
@technowvidsmine is plugged as you recommended and monitor is working. And you mention it can carry audio through the hdmi. Why is it when i plug my headphones into the monitor. (As controller audio jack is broken) the audio dosent transfer from built in soeaker down the aux channel? Is it a settings feature or only adaptor fixs it??
I use hdmi, connecting my xbox to my lenovo all in one, the display is fine however i get no audio out my computer. It only works if i connect headset to controller. What can i do
@@technowvids is hdmi to vga adapter and hdtv to vga adapter same. [you are saying that i wont have problem with 1366x768 resolution?(just making sure)]
@@geojoshy_00 It doesn't matter the order as on the cable you can plug the VGA end into the VGA port and HDMI end into the HDMI port. Click the VGA to HDMI cable in my description if you are still confused.
Hey tech now, I bought a 24” Dell monitor and I wanted to connect my Xbox 1 to it, hdmi to hdmi but it says that’s there’s on signal. Both the monitor and Xbox are on but it continues to say that, any suggestions?

bro my monitor is showing input not found, it is 1366x768 resolution(VGA MONITOR) i used to hdmi to vga connector.
Where do you plug in the aux cord for sound?
You need the adapter with the aux cord which plugs into your speakers or monitor if it has built in speakers.

Yes, as long as you get the VGA to HDMI cable you will be fine.

It may not work on an all in one PC if the monitor cannot be used separately from the PC.
