I have hEDS/POTS/MCAS and have had success with a primarily whole food, grass-fed, carnivore diet. It's a low glycemic, low histamine, FODMAP, oxalates, no gluten, anti-inflammatory, etc way to eat. And fatty beef is incredibly nutritious. It checks all the boxes. And intermittent FASTING, which has been huge. Now I can eat, do, etc pretty much whatever I want. My GI situation is golden. *knock wood*

I'm kinda opposite. Can't tolerate fat in general but definitely not fatty meat. Especially beef

Am I the only one unable to read the slides? I've even tried taking a screenshot so I could enlarge it, but the image is too poor to begin with. Frustrating.
