Trong video 48v 3kw trước anh có quấn cái biến áp ee4220 khi ráp 2 lõi phe biến áp anh có dán 1 miến kéo nhỏ để tạo khoảng hở cho biến áp ee4222
Tác dụng của khoảng hở đó làm để làm gì vậy anh
Em có quấn 4 cái biến áp ee4220 để làm máy hàn
Chạy cầu H ở 60khz
Vậy em có nên dán tạo khoảng hở cho biến áp ee4220 không anh
Và nếu được anh tính giúp em quấn cuộn sơ cấp ee4220 chạy cầu H ở 60khz ở 310v
Là khoảng bao nhiêu vòng vậy anh

I have a ferrite core (CS400125) permeability 125. 168nH.... Dimensions 4cm outside diameter. 24mm inner diameter. 14mm thick. how many mm of copper wire do you need? how many turns to get 2.5 mH for high FREQUENCY inverter filter output sir...?

Nice ! But !!! Testing the inverter under linear resistive loads is not enough. Please consider testing under more sophisticated loads like electric motors, switching power supplies, hybrid loads etc.
Yes, I have tested it with a variety of loads and delivered it to the customer.
@@PhdHungIt would be very nice of you if you make other dedicated videos showing the voltages and currents using scope and power-meter etc during those tests, It would add tons of educational values and transparency to the topic. 🙏

Are U using higher inductance coil ? Or more caps to smooth the sine wave ? Can your inverter start 1000 W 230 V motor ?
