The one thing i dislike is that the cyberdark monsters can't be used for cyberdarkness since it's name becomes cyber dragon. Instead of "this cards names becomes cyber dragon" they could've done "this cards name is also treated as cyber dragon while on field or in gy"
Yeah it's actually weirdly annoying that it's a Cyberdark but not where it counts, meaning you still have to play the other names if you want to make Cyberdark End Dragon.
Cyberdark Wurm Dark Machine / Effect Lv5 800/2100 You can only use this card name's (2) effect once per Duel. (1) This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while it is on the field or in the GY.
I think cybernetic horizon is mandatory now since it gets the cyberdark card in the grave and core and able to add the new level 5 all with one card, which can bait ash but as along as the cost resolve you will have otk on board, with cyber dark send herz for cost to summon and add the spell, herz add core and core do combo. and if it don't get ash infinity will be the first line of negate before the regulus and then the otk.
I was also wondering why. Now i thought it's because you are locked into using machines and dragons as fusion materials. But that doesn't work, since clockwork makes them all machines.
@@Lithium2300 After using Chimera's effect to search Power Bond, you cannot use monsters as fusion material, except for "Cyber" monsters. This prevents you from contact fusing opponent's monsters, unless you're in a mirror match.
There are two things I don't like about clockwork night 1. It seems to have made cyber dark realm the default search Target for core which I disagree with 2. People aren't even using the clockwork night spell as a searchable board wipe, they're using it as discard fodder for chimera
This is more so an issue of core being the only realistic way to search the theme's s/t support, outside of gimmicks. I hope the structure deck cards will try and fix this
@@dante9284This 100%. Core being cydras only searcher is crazy. Also the cyberdark are so ugly in a cydra deck. Konami needs to wow us with the structure imo
The deck can finally go first somewhat consistently now thanks to Wurm. Core/emergency are both true 1 card starters that end on 2 omni negates, 1 spell/trap negate and guaranteed power bond follow up play for the next turn, all through nib too. Realm on its own ends on 2 omni negates + nachster follow up, but having any normal summonable machine alongside realm leads to the same full board core/emergency makes. The closest thing to a brick the deck has is power bond, but even that can be worked around if you open a second name alongside core/emergency. Nachster becomes amazing (definitely worth running at 3) and even Herz is worth bumping back up to 2 for even more follow up in case they somehow survive the ~15-20k average damage the turn 2 board puts out. Vier is an option for an additional name in heavy engine builds, but is not needed. Something I would change with this particular list (being a blind second list) is to run 1 copy of the chronomoly rank 5 machine xyz (it's a monster negate). It gives that additional buffer alongside Jormungandr to push safely through boards without needing to commit to infinity or regulus right away. I'm happy to admit that my initial impressions about Wurm were wrong. It is a good card and only 1 thing would have made it perfect (being once per turn instead of once per duel). Jormungandr hasn't done anything to change my mind about it though. It's a good card, it just suffers the same issues OG cydra struggles with (being borderline unplayable going first, so is only really usable in blind second builds).

I think playing Orcust engines is good for this deck. Dingirsu can send trap to search for DARK machine, and also summon body to opponent's field. Orcust trap can also be used as cost for cyberdark chimera
One problem, Cydra needs a shit ton of deckspace to run a max power, so handtraps are ether omitted entirely to go all out on the OTK or kept to a minim of 6 at the most. Source: Me since Pro's are on crack if they think anyone needs more than 6 handtraps EVER.
Hi Lithium! I just noticed if you add Photon Orbital into main deck + 2 galaxy soldiers, your 1 card core end board consists of SP, Regulus, Infinity and Vimana OR Pair-a-Dice Smasher, Regulus and SP. However you don’t get the Power Bond back from Heosvarog. Do you think it’s worth it?
It's always nice to see Tenpai's big brother stop by every now and then.

Horizon's not bad, but it really only works in lists with a much higher engine count since it needs to send 1 from hand.
The number of times I've activated Rampage Dragon's Trigger effect to destroy my own Spell/Trap is also frankly embarrassing.
Its just, you want to resolve it quickly and without realizing, you clicked the first flashing button 😄

Yup, for some reason the game didnt let me! I think it was a bug or I overlooked something.

How does Core by itself end on 2 omni negates and 1 spell/trap negate
@opis34 core search realm
Realm add chimera
Realm additional normal for chimera
Link chimera into clockwork link 1
Chain 1 Clockwork link eff send realm for clockwork spell and chain 2 chimera eff to send Wurm to grave
Clockwork link eff, send core, revive chimera
Chimera discard clockwork spell search power bond
Wurm send Herz from deck as cost, revive itself and add back realm
Herz add OG cyber dragon from deck
Clockwork spell in grave banish itself and discard realm to search regulus (negate 1)
Regulus special itself attaching Herz from grave
Link clockwork link 1 + chimera into proxy f magician
Power bond send og cydra from hand to grave and banish core from grave to make rampage
Rampage send nachster and Carnot from deck to grave
Overlay rampage + Wurm for Nova

In the first combo you can go for Chimeratech rampage instead of Heosvarog and them you use Rampage and Wurm to make Nova and them Infinity.

interesting approach to the deck
I think the new one card infinity would be really good in a mimighoul deck. Even going first. Just make sure you do it last.

How are you playing with the new cards on master duel
Been watching you for years mate - would love to see a collab with you and Cimo or another yugituber on a series! Would be dope to watch!
nice replays as always, Lith :) is MDpro3 faster with updates than Edopro? looks like.
I take it this is some kind of illegal MD copy which is shown here?
Does this mean you’re doing a going first version too??
I see now that it can do both if need be
