When I make these my husband and I eat them up so quickly, we love them as burger buns. However, that's a great question, and I will have to try freezing them next time I make them! Please cook same recipe not with cauliflower but with french beans. French beans are sweet, anti diabetic. You cut front and back of french beans and crush in grinder to make flour. It's will be very delicious . Jay bharat.

I've never made them without cheese, so I can't say for sure how they will hold up with out it. Sounds like a good experiment to make them without cheese and see what happens! Think I'll share this recipe with my daughter. She needs gluten free and somewhat recently found out she can't have eggs or dairy or peanuts 🙄But she has egg substitute I bought her and she can get vegan cheese. I think she could easily make this, but she'll probably tell me to make it for her LOL. Great recipe. I love how they turned out!

I tried this and I found the inside to be very moist and I'm wondering if that is how they should be or are they undercooked. If I squeeze the inside flat between my fingers I get some liquid. The outside is nicely browned. I also have a very low tolerance for spicey foods and I found these a little too hot. Do you think that is from the smoked paprika and eliminating the smoked paprika will not affect them, other them eliminating the spiciness? Thank you.

First, be sure to let them cool completely before using them. Also, everyone's oven is just a little different when it comes to oven temperature, maybe a few more minutes of cook time could help with any extra moisture in the center. The spices are a personal preference in this recipe, so if you don't care for smoked paprika, substitute in another spice you enjoy or just keep it simple with salt and pepper :) I hope this helps, and thank you again for trying my recipe!! - M

Baking is unavoidable during this time of year for me, it's my heart. I'll just mix in some low carb dinners and portion control everything!!
