There's not really a need to put bass in quotation marks, she's singing the bass part, she functions as their bass, she hits the bass notes she needs to for the songs. She has an amazing lower register, and is an amazing part of the group!

Kaylah, Hannah, and Nina have phenomenal voices that work so well together while maintaining individuality.
Kaylah, Hannah, and Nina get plenty of face time and love. People celebrate Kaedi and Cora because their voice roles don't always "stand out" but people realize how difficult it is to hold up the deep end.
