Hi Samuel, by doing your SA Intensive, I have launched my first R2R SA while doing my full time job, systemise it well as you taught. I am getting lots of booking. Thank you. I have time in the weekend only due to work, but I enjoy going out and viewing and talking to landlords. You changed my mindset.🙏
The only thing with rent to service accommodation is that I wonder if the person who gets for example 5 deals in different places in the Uk and once they have sorted out to rent out to visitors how can they move places at the same time of they cannot be around all the the time because they are just too busy. Could a property manager step in to look after the rent to service accommodation if they don’t have the time to travel ?
Amazingly inspirational. I joined your membership Sam. I live near to Winchester but am thinking of purchasing Midlands or further north. ROI to find a property further up north I feel is more beneficial for mysituation.. starting properly in the new year hopefully 🙏

My daughter is just 12,years I can’t believe when I told her about rent to rent Businesses.she understood it straight away at her age.She wants to be a doctor but when she goes to uni she will also Join the property business academy
Wow this is inspiring. Now it’s up to us to learn more about the strategies like rent to service accommodation and get someone eg Mentor to build you up to go out there and try to get results.
