Hi Ruth. Can you be a bit more specific about what you're trying to do? The 'file' should save OK with images outside of the margins. What is the issue that you're having? Do you get an error message of some sort? Or is there a specific thing you're trying to save out?
Ah, there may be a system issue here. Sorry. We've used a Mac to create this video, where Alt is the keyboard shortcut to use. On a PC you need to use Ctrl. Does that help?
Do you have a video about how you use your guides after you've created them? Like putting in text and images?
