Hi Karen, I think so:You must to be Happy for the final result👏👏👏Great work, explosion of beautiful colors, very very very Beautiful opera. With congratulations, a lot, 🙋♀️🌹👍
Gorgeous! Loved seeing this beautiful painting being created. From blocks of loose colour to a simply stunning creation. Thank you for posting, have a wonderful week.
Calming to watch this beauty magically appear. I noticed your Earnest Lee “Chicken Man” shirt. I passed his set up often for many years on my way to work.
Thank you for letting us watch you do something so beautiful I wish I lived close so you could teach me how you do that just to let you know you are making a difference
So so beautiful ! Can you explain why the red base? your process video clips show a normal speed which is great and inspiring to watch but theres things we don’t see you painting that appear magically😄 What kind of software do you use to stitch the videos ? You have amazing talent and love your abstract and impressionistic creations, along with the colours! Would love to also hear you talk about the colours when possible
Thank you for your comment, Mona. My videos are a glimpse into my process and not meant to be a tutorial but many folks tell me they find them very helpful. The videos are a side project for me since my main income is derived from creating and marketing my artwork there is just so much time and energy in my day. They are offered at no charge so this is what I have to offer.. To answer your other questions: I use the red because I like the vibrance it gives the painting and I leave some showing. I use IMovie on my IMac to edit and since the average viewing time is around 2 minutes, I edit a lot and at that I'm pushing the length. I hope you can find them useful.
@@karenhalepaintings thanks for explaining! I do like this version with normal motions with a few skipped parts, rathar than the ultra fast ones where its hard to understand or see much. Your process seems confusing sometimes as we never know what’s happening in the beginning but the end result is always beautiful!
@@monatrivedi2291 There again I speed up the videos to make them a reasonable length for the average viewer. FYI you can adjust the speed but clicking on the settings in the lower right corner of the video. ( the little cog looking thing.)
@@karenhalepaintings yes i know about that within youtube and that is better when we can control the speed rathar than a fast one posted where we dont see much. Thanks for the demos, the ones like today are ever so relaxing and it made my day to watch you create a beautiful scene
Thanks for the comment. I don't really know how long each painting takes because they are done in layers and those are set aside to dry. In the meantime I work on another painting.
I am in awe of your paintings they are all so beautiful.
Thanks very much.

Thanks Carolyn. The colorful ones on the red ground are particularly fun to do. This was sold immediately. Yay!

it's an amazing painting, I love it. How many hours you needed to paint this one?....I'm curious, but I'm sure it's a lot of nice patient work
