Here is a recent mod that lets you play as The Arkham Knight, Jason Todd in Batman Arkham City. It is an added Batman suit.

@@thearkhamer idk anything about modding but I’ve been keeping up to date with the community especially this year being the big year with custom models for characters and soon the Batmobile. but it seems plausible it could happen, hopefully wb doesn’t find out or take it down if it does lol

And u can actually free roam as other characters like Catwoman there ... That was the only thing I didn't like about Arkham Knight. The lack of variety of characters in free roam made it kinda boring. I didn't like how you could only play them in challenge maps or their dlcs.
@@maxwellmcgaugh6198 there’s a glitch to free roam within the challenge map revive and shine but it’s only migani and founders islands Bleake island has invisible barriers and uses dialogue from pre ace chemicals batman

Really cool mod, but I personally would’ve put him over Nightwing.
Night wing has those wrist dart abilities which could be a good standing for guns, and since he is the only male character who can’t glide it would be consistent with Jason’s move set
I have this mod downloaded, hoping that the author of the mod adds a version with a cape like that mod we have in Arkham Knight.
