AI-based signaling, ASTraM app & more-- How Bengaluru police is using tech to ease traffic

Bengaluru has become synonymous with crumbling infrastructure, potholes and traffic snarls. The Bengaluru city police are now implementing a slew of measures using technology to decongest the city. The city police have launched ASTraM, an app to help commuters plan journeys better and also introduced AI-based signalling and other tech to help manage vehicle movement in India's IT capital.
