Amazing how wooden surfaces visually make a room warmer. When you showed the finished shelf installed, I thought your below decks room looks way more comfortable. More so after you put those floor planks on - even though they take away more headroom of course. Maybe consider a little trolley below decks to help you move stuff forward or aft without ruining your back?
As a custom builder myself I always appreciate how other people approach their own challenges. Sometimes I learn something and sometimes I cringe. Either way, I am SO thankful for this RUclips platform! It's my only source of entertainment other than my own projects. I can't wait to see where this project goes. Subscribed.
Take a little advice your battery shelf is awesome however u need to inclose the batteries in a sealed container with a vent to the outside of the hull otherwise the fumes will rust the interior of ur hull in short orde, been there done that
Hi, there are specific high thrust propellers for outboard motors. If you don't already have them equipped it's probably a cheap way to get "more power". Also the batteries should be placed inside a battery tray. If they ever should explode or boil you don't want to have fluid in your bilge.
my hat off to you you are about the only utuber to use quick grip clamps all the rest l watch them fumble holding onto what ever they are making l find it funny when these clamps are available. keep up the good build
You're doing a fantastic job building your boat . I can't wait to see what the finished product will look like at the end ! Enjoy your life it's a beautiful one .
Great video Ber Lin. I do like the fact you can move your house, work area and transportation anytime you want. I would love to be able to do this. Keep on keeping Ber Lin.
love your videos, and part of the reason for that is the soundtracks, it's a very interresting choise for a yt build/boat channel, it matches perfectly, keep it that way !
Brother - I hope you are doing fine and that life is treating you well. Stay strong in case you should be having any hart times, and please let us know. A short video will do - just let the community know how we can help. Missing your videos - best wishes from Hamburg ❤
I see your current barge with a steel frame and your three former boats attached. I thought you sold them. That is what you said. Perhaps you bought them all back. You are doing a great job.
Looking good, one comment on your plank floor. If it was me, I would cut half of those first boards to end 1 section/metal strip earlier than the others and add another wood strip there for securement. this would allow you to alternate where each board ends and yield a stronger and better looking floor without the solid lines across at the end of each section of planks. A similar method but with many different lengths is used when laying down hardwood floors etc.
Congratulations ! You , once again , are doing amazing work . I am rebuilding a 21 foot Cape Island fishing boat and your efforts give me both ideas and the spirit to keep moving forward . All the Best , stay well and Safe ☮
I am always impressed with what you have done from your very first boat, that would have annoyed me a little bit about neighbors moaning and groaning about you working on the boat but I always figure it's better just to get along with everyone then have problems. But just to let you know buddy you are doing a awesome job and I love watching your videos can't wait for the next one
good video, love seeing your progess, in skills and how your fleet is always advancing or being added too. . your new neigbour in the house boat, thinking he had found nice place, with peace and quite.... then a floating ship yard turns up lol. keep up the good work.
I really enjoy your videos. Watching you fabricate and solve/plan issues is fun. I'm anxious to see how you get your starboard motor issue analyzed and solved. Lose include this in a future video. I've been following your channel since the beginning and really enjoy watching your videos.
👍👌👏 Congrats! A lot of progress happened! I really hope, that the right outboard engine/motor does only have a slight problem. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards, luck and health in particular.
What an interesting channel you have. I thoroughly enjoy watching you work, and seeing your project coming to fruition. The beginning of your video was humorous, with the effort you exerted moving the boats. You must have some sensitive neighbors who complain about the noise emanating from your project. I look forward to your next download.
Was wondering what you had planned for the underside of the barge? Some shimming and planning for the planks. Or trim the underside of the steel door. Off gray/white paint plus led lights. Looking good. Additional solar panels, maybe a wind vane? Some maintenance on starboard engine and batteries for bow truster.
Wonderful work and progress of the work...!! it's pretty and made in the rules of the art to last over time. congratulations and thank you for this video, hope that this place will be warmer, it is already more sheltered, which is not so bad...! good continuation, and your work is always a treat to watch... hello from France...Vincent
Always enjoy your bids. As ever your build quality is first class. BTW - the 'stakes' you use to hold position are called 'Spuds' and are, usually steel pipe sections with a mechanical raising and lowering arrangement. Keep the faith and Happy Daze!
The bright paint job on the yacht really gleams! It looks great. I think you have space for a bowling alley below decks in the big barge. That would be a unique addition, I think.
Very nice of you to move your fleet to a new location to keep your neighbors happy. But what about that little houseboat just in front of your new location? He is very close and will certainly hear whatever noises you make?
Hi there and Welcome to my subscription like so what's the Head room in there, it looks like you'll need a hardhat with a light - I have a suggestion and that is flick all your tools over to 56v dewalt is going to be way better than running a noisy gen. I'm a Kiwi been living off grid for 23 years - No power leads just grab a full charged battery and got like hell for an hour.
Awesome project, subscribed and wish you all the best. Very very minor point of feedback: I felt my anxiety levels spiking for no reason during the interior scenes because of the slightly unsettling darker industrial background music. Like I went from feeling super chilled and into the project then from minutes ~7-15 it's edge of the seat impending doom.
The stakes you are using to fix the location of your boats, are referred to as 'Spuds", usually used by dredges, to hold themselves in place to use either an excavator, or like a friend of mine did, a Loader Backhoe, on a small barge. Best wishes from Northern Canada.
Build out the floorin the entire bottom of the boat …. Fill with pour in marine floor later once finished with everything to ad to the buoyancy and sound/slap
in Sunny days solar panels need to get fresh air in the bottom part to keep producing electricity, if there is no air gap for cooling your solar panels maybe your electricity production be lowered by heat, test if its true, regards!
Fallowing all your videos enthusiastically and this came to mind. The Navy is clear to decommission five Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruisers this year and I figured that I'd let you know ASAP. Guided-missile cruiser USS Port Royal (CG-73) FY 2022 defense authorization bill. Thinking you may be interested in one for your next project, or maybe even two of em?
First time on the channel, have you thought about putting some sort of foam flotation somewhere in the dead space under the deck? On a boat this big I don’t know if it would matter but I was just thinking back to my Jon boat
I am impressed with how far you have advanced in your knowledge and skills from when you began with your first boat.
Amazing how wooden surfaces visually make a room warmer. When you showed the finished shelf installed, I thought your below decks room looks way more comfortable. More so after you put those floor planks on - even though they take away more headroom of course.

I was saying the same thing... lead acid battery should be in a rubber pan.
@@soniclab-cnc rubber would be eaten by the sulfuric acid you would have to have polypropylene or polyethylene to resist the Aston
@@okiedoke6373 sorry in an "certified battery tray" lol of course they aren't made of rubber...
More worrying is the hydrogen discharged into a non ventilated enclosed space with sparks from relays and contractors. Ever seen a hydrogen explosion.
My old back ached in compassion after seeing all the painting done under deck. Amazing progress all around!
Unbelievable results, you gained so much craftsmanship just by ‘training during the job’. Respect!
they do say its the best way to learn. great to see how much his skills have improved.
my hat off to you you are about the only utuber to use quick grip clamps all the rest l watch them fumble holding onto what ever they are making l find it funny when these clamps are available. keep up the good build
I am eagerly looking forward to your next video!!!
Always glad to see an updated video and your progress...and of course, your new addition to the family of boats. 👍
You're doing a fantastic job building your boat . I can't wait to see what the finished product will look like at the end ! Enjoy your life it's a beautiful one .
Ga zo door. Het is leuk om te zien hoe jullie het samen doen. En het wordt mooi👌👍
Bedankt voor de video top gedaan 🎥
Groetjes uit Holland 👋🏼🇳🇱

The skill you have gained is outstanding our RUclips friend!
That’s so nice to see you trying to be a good neighbor. The build is looking great so far. I’m enjoying watching this project. Thank you for sharing!
1) I love this channel
2) you’re unbelievable motivating to fix and repair my own stuff
3) you look like an art thief from a James Bond type movie
Found your channel last week. I watched all of your videos that nite. Great job keep up the great work.
Digging the Die Prinzen background jams. Took me back to high school and GAPP ❤
LOTS OF WORK DONE. LOOKING VERY NICE
Here's hoping spring comes to you soon! Great to see you back.
I see your current barge with a steel frame and your three former boats attached. I thought you sold them. That is what you said. Perhaps you bought them all back. You are doing a great job.
You are doing great! I am envious of your boat life. I did it for 5 years and it was the best! I am heading back to it soon... Keep up the good work 😁
I guess having a mobile home (boat) can offer the opportunity to move at whim.
Great update 2x👍

Mothership coming on well mate, brilliant!!
I love this channel!
I’ve seen the entire journey and I hope it doesn’t end.

It’s understandable, nobody wants to live next to the sounds of a construction site. He is very respectful for moving.
Hands up who's in for a rename of the channel: My first *four* boats 🙋♀
Great videos. I'm excited to see the finished loft on the water :D
It would actually be his second first four boats.
Another boat, another project.
Hope this channel never runs out of either of them.
good video, love seeing your progess, in skills and how your fleet is always advancing or being added too. . your new neigbour in the house boat, thinking he had found nice place, with peace and quite.... then a floating ship yard turns up lol. keep up the good work.
Come sempre un ottimo lavoro.
Grazie per la condivisione.
Saluti dall'Italia.
Great vid, fun to watch your progress. Thanks for sharing.
The steel yacht looks great the new color!
Its really coming along. Great job so far.

LOOKING GOOD. GREAT JOB ‼️‼️ Vinny 🇺🇸
Geez m8, I'm impressed, thought this one wouldn't come up asl well as your other boat but, I was wrong. Lookin forward to your next vid.
Fun! look forward to follow this journey
Nice work, Sir. Let's hope the new location assists you in making more progress. Thanks for sharing.
Brother your a pro builder at this point. Good work 👏
Great craftsmanship.
👍👌👏 Congrats! A lot of progress happened! I really hope, that the right outboard engine/motor does only have a slight problem. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing.

Such drive! Most commendable!
I am extremely impressed with your progress. It looks fantastic.

Such an industrious fellow. The quality of each project continues to improve 😊❤
I think the ‘spikes’ you used to secure the boats when anchoring are called ‘Spuds’ in English.
Amazing what you have both learned and accomplished from the beginning of this journey. I always look forward to your videos.
Great progress, looking forward to see your journey

Great work, great video! One of the best boat building channels on RUclips!
Very nice of you to move your fleet to a new location to keep your neighbors happy. But what about that little houseboat just in front of your new location? He is very close and will certainly hear whatever noises you make?
As always very interesting content. Your ingenious approach to your building process blows me away. Well done young man.
As usual, most incredible.
My bro keep up the good job 👏 👌 👍 💪 🇯🇲🇯🇲🙏
